All merchandise is shipped in a clean, well packed, protective Box or Bubble Mailer.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items
returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items
that arrive more than 30 days after the purchase date can be returned to customer at the discretion of management via 4th class mail.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the order was an error by Avenue Book & Co..
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping and handling charges
will be incurred.

All returned items must arrive in the original packaging, and condition.
Returns MUST include original packing slip to be processed.
